Perfect location! Very attentive staff, including Kathy on the front reception and Koi who was an exceptional driver! We cannot wait to return again!

The food was excellent with varied choices on the menu, I requested gluten free bread and it was available when I asked. The guest relations and reception team were wonderful. Ame, Tiffany and Gigi were exceptional in their care. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly and courteously and pleasantly. The free shuttle to old town and beach were a bonus. If the shuttle was busy, the hotel paid for Grab. The waitresses, cleaning staff and doormen were all polite and helpful. The pool was lovely temperature. The spa also exceeded expectations with well priced varied treatments and skilled staff.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautifully furnished room, amazing view from the rooftop and pool, friendly staff and convenient location. Breakfast was also top notch, with a great balance of Vietnamese hot foods, delicious pastries and fresh coffee. Staff were also very friendly and professional - Tiffany did an excellent job of making us feel at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

The design of the room was beautiful. We loved it. The breakfast was great.

The style of the pools weren't great for us. No view from either.

I requested 12:45 pm check out (instead of 12) as my baby was sleeping, the receptionist (I think Brian) said 12:30 max. I am like dude seriously, for 15 minutes you can't accommodate. But in general, he was great though out. I loved all the employees, including security guards.

Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe, a personel dba o czystość. Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone, pyszna kawa i duży wybór owoców. W hotelu znajduje się również spa, gdzie za niewielkie pieniądze można skorzystać z profesjonalnych zabiegów. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel hotelu, który dba o to, aby goście czuli się zaopiekowani od chwili przekroczenia drzwi hotelu. Jessie i Ame, zadbamy, aby nasz pobyt w Hoi An był niezapomniany

The staff is amazing we stayed there for 2 nights for our honeymoon I wish I had stayed longer Jessie made our stay amazing and we left very early in the morning they gave us breakfast at 4 am
