Silver Sands Motel & Beach Bungalows

Staff were very helpful. Olivia was grest. David even took us to the train station. Wonderful place. Liked the bed. No movent in it at all.

This place is amazing! Very quiet and the staff is very friendly.

I went for a two night get away with my husband and this was the perfect spot for it. The location was beautiful, right on the water, and a mile walk or 3 minute drive into Greenport's main street. We stayed in "Mimi's Shack" which was an immaculate bungalow with tasteful decor. It consisted of a very large room with views of the water from two big bay windows. There was ample space to sit around and relax or you could sit outside on your screened in porch. A bonus was a second door in the room which led out to a private outdoor shower. Our package included pastries and a hot thermos of coffee delivered to our porch each morning. It was a great way to start the day. There were many places throughout the complex where you could sit at a table or lay back on a lounge chair. They also had these pairs of chairs scattered throughout where you could sit off by yourself lean back and stargaze. We went into town each night for dinner so I cannot tell you about the restaurants on the premises but I would highly recommend the beach bungalows and will be back again!

This hotel is real gem in the North Fork. It's got a cool, retro feel from the outside, but once you take a step into the place, it's very modern and hip. The motel opens up to a sweet little beachfront with a beautiful view of the bay. (We stayed in one of the bungalows that overlooked the bay.) Gorgeous views, Comfy beds. We even had dinner one night at their restaurant called Nookies--so delicious! Highly recommend this charming motel for anyone heading to the North Fork.

Quiet, nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. It would have been nice if they had more avilable apps for streaming tv.

We had a great time, it’s a beautiful property and there’s plenty to do downtown. It was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back.
