The Vine on Main

I liked the furniture, the look of the room. I found the bathroom very intriguing. The mirror with it's high tech vibe was great. The pillows were awesome and the bed was comfy. The location was great as we were 15-20 minutes from the wedding we were attending. I like the hanging arm for dresses and suits and the luggage holder.

The sink was super tiny. The door knob to close the bathroom fell of in my hand. The towels smelled like they'd been in the washer for a while. The worst thing was the lockbox on the door. There has to be an easier key retrieval system. The light next to the bed was broken when we arrived. We didn't realize it until we went to use it.

nobody there. no email sent with necessary info to get into room causing us to miss the wedding ceremony we were attending. Bathroom door knob came off in hand when sliding door closed

It was close to where I had business to take care of.

HVAC very loud. I was not aware at booking that it was more of an air b and b with no staff present which isn't actually a big deal but I should have been informed. The price was too much for what it actually is. I wouldn't pay more then 115 dollars to stay there again.

The location was good. Walkable to restaurants people friendly

The hed was very low.

The decor of the room was the only thing we liked.

The room smelled of rodent urine, there was a layer of dust over everything to the point where we went out to purchase cleaning supplies. One of the lightbulbs was missing, the coffee machine was broken, and the coffee cups were full of dust, the bathroom door handle was hanging off the door, and there were stains on the towels.

I made my reservations and paid for the stay. However, once I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone and the App does not facilitate the option to cancel. In fact, they want to charge over $137 to cancel, which is not fair for unavailable rooms.

There was no ironing board available, there was no blow dryer, the exterior lights were on all night shining into the room.
