Stained and worn sheets

Even though the room had older-fashioned elements, they looked pretty new and the room was exceptionally clean! The AC worked great, the water was nice and hot, and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure, but rinsing was surprisingly no trouble. There was a little refrigerator. The staff was friendly. Wi-Fi was fast and free.

Matching decor, refrigerator froze things overnight. A couple more towels would have been nice, but we didn't ask; they might have given us more.

I went to check in and was told they don’t work with hotels.com they wanted to charge me again so I left. I didn’t stay and want my money back

The room seemed clean. The furniture was in working order. The refrigerator worked very well. Seemed like the walls were pretty soundproof but there were not a lot of guests the night I was there.

There was no proper front desk, it was what would be the night window for most places, except this one was all day too. It was slightly off putting and mildly alarming as to the safety of the location. Adding to this alarm was the fact that at 6:30 pm I seemed to be the only guest. The air conditioning unit had not been turned on in my room. Now granted I had only made the reservation a half hour earlier, you would think that on a day over 100 degrees they might prepare a couple of rooms so if guests arrived they would be comfortable. No. My room was unbearably hot and humid. I immediately turned on the ac at full strength and although it did help, even 6 hours later I was sweating in that room. It was an inefficient ac unit trying to remedy having been left off while the temperatures rise. Lastly, I was a bit bothered by the fact I saw no ice bucket and when I asked, they had no ice machine on the premises. Also he didn’t give me the WiFi password when I checked in and I had to go back to the night window to get it, since when I called the front desk it rang until I was sent to voicemail.

The pictures don't paint the whole picture. It's a place that has low weekly rates. As a single female, I was uncomfortable staying there, so I didn't stay there. The property is dated, which is expected, but the rooms looked very clean. I just didn't feel safe staying there alone. The check-in clerk frustrated me, asking if I was by myself and what my phone number was when there were several men in the lobby who were also waiting to check in.
