The Local - St. Augustine

Good central location, coffee was very good (cups leak though), comfortable bed.

Checkin directions were wrong, had to call and get a text to unlock our key after we arrived. Stayed in Room 102, very close to A1A. Loud motorcycles were very evident for a while at night. Room auxiliary A/C unit was not ducted outside, causing the floor to always feel damp. Room A/C was quite loud, wife had trouble getting to sleep.

The room was tiny and the bathroom was very tiny. No one at the lobby. No coffee cups. The room served it purpose. The hotel needs to be updated.

Remodel the bathrooms and update the AC system.

The location was very convenient to the amphitheatre and easy to find. Checkin was easy even without an actual person available to assist.

It is close to the road and was a bit noisy with traffic going by. There was very little parking near my room and I had to park in the back and walk around to the front at night which was a little sketchy. The room smelled strongly of bleach when I arrived and mildew the next day.
