The location was decent

I did not like that they locked the lobby area and made you text or call to check in . They sent a link in which I already told the lady did not work so she sent it again .. still did not work so had to call her again for her to do it over the phone which she should have done the first time. Took over 45 mins to get checked in and got to the room which was not cleaned. Bed used and towels had to call again and we were there for a concert so was unable to get showered and changed before concert. They changed our room but did not offer discount or refund due to inconvenience of changing rooms and the time it consumed to check in and waited 20 mins to change rooms. Horrible experience

The outside of the place needs attention its a cute place ..the gate to the pool area is broke. Pool metal tables and chairs are rusted.
