Bridge of The Gods

My experience was one of the worst ones among the numerous trips that I made. When I booked the cabin on Hotel.com, the pictures suggest there are two beds plus a sofa bed. When I checked in the motel, the cabin I got had one queen size bed and one small sofa. After a lengthy chat, the manager gave me a two-bed cabin. The beds and air conditioner are old and the smell is bad. In the cabin, there is no any accessible wifi or a garbage bin or napkins. The kitchen is spacious, having a stove, four plates and bowls, but there is no any pot or cutting knives or boards. The manager lent me a knife and a cutting board. Because there is no wifi and all the cafes in town closed before 4pm, we had to drive to a Starbucks in Portland to use wifi for work and an online class. Without doubt, the room had never received any cleaning or replensihing services in our four-night stay. I will never book this motel again.

Room was dirty including ants crawling on floor, hair and food and dirt on floor and table.

The lady that checked me in was very gracious and expeditious.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. Also Expedia failed to address my concerns or follow up with me.

Could hear people above us all night, kept us up majority of the night. The room looked nothing like the images on expedia. Probably will not be staying here again.

Attention, be careful! The owner is a fraudster. We booked a night here with our motorhome. Although we didn't have a room, we had to pay an additional deposit of $100 for a key card. The owner promised to refund the money when we left. The next day she was only available by phone and promised to refund the money as soon as she was back in the office. We could safely leave. We are now back in Germany and have been waiting in vain for the refund. The lady does not reply to emails. We now assume that we have fallen victim to a scam. So be warned. The facility itself is also rather unkempt, dilapidated and overpriced.

The parking lot was small and had limited spots. The room had dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived.

When we got there, there wasn't any towels, soap or shampoo in room. It took us 3 trips to office to get these. Room wasn't what I reserved. Floor in bathroom felt like it was going to cave in. Leftover food in fridge. Spider webs in windows. Would not recommend to anyone

Cabin14 is spacious. Had a little problem with booking through Expedia, but staff was helpful. Excellent restaurants nearby.
