This hotel makes the most

I was in need of laundry and that’s why selected this location since advertising they had laundry. They do not! Bonus points for bus to Portland picks you up right outside the motel.

We booked a deluxe single room and when we got there it looked nothing like the pictures. It was also very dirty. There were dead bugs and ants on the floor and cobwebs in the bathroom. The tv had only 20 channels and every channel was static. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there so we decided to drive home instead.

We tried to stay at this motel but was given a filthy room (#15) that had an unflushed toilet, trash in the wastebasket and smelled like smoke. Unbelievably dirty. We were in the room for less than a minute. We immediately went back to the front desk and told the lady (who was very nice and apologetic) about the room and she offered us a different room, but we declined. We are not getting our money back because management does not believe in refunds. No services or accommodations were rendered, but we still had to pay $186.00. Avoid this place. We ended up staying at the cascade cottages and had a great experience

There was dirt, cobwebs and flying insects. The toilet did not flush well. The sink had a big rusty drain hole. The lamp made an electrical sound when turning it off, probably not safe.

It is not at all what you see in the pictures when I walked into my room and shut the door. The front of the air conditioner fell off on the floor. The TV was nothing but static on all channels. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was great and very spacious. Only issue I had is that I travel for work and the internet service was real poor it kept shutting off. Otherwise my stay was great

Very bad Manger, if she is the manager she needs to take some computer and business courses, and really work on better customer service. Room wasn't even ready when we were done fixing the managers screw up. I will not recommend the place to anyone.
