Location: its very close to the Mall

I booked 2 rooms yet I got them separate, different blocks and I was not even informed. It was hard to even find them . My room was too small, until they changed for me .

They did not service the cofee and tea. We only found out at about 21.00 and shops were closed.

I didn’t like anything about it.

The apartment was underwhelming, no aircon, NO aircon! It was tiny and noisy, because it was hot, the sliding door had to be kept open- all the noise from the residence arriving or leaving was the worst. On arrival, well after 2PM, the room was “cleaned” but had no bedding. The Boarderline rude staff who were not even apologetic arrived well after 5 PM to scrabble on the bedding, not even neatly, each day- their job was shoddier than the previous one. The towels are unbearable- old, no longer white!

Honestly nothing was way smaller then advertised and wifi was a issue the whole stay

Hearing other rooms toilets when flush or showering, it was was smaller then advertised and the wifi wasn't working there was no pots but yet there's a stove

The apartment was very tidy, and clean. Parking was available, staff really friendly. Close to major shopping center. Internet and streaming services available.
