I arrived at 12h45 to pick up the keys . The reception refused to check if housekeeping cleaned the unit even after informing her that infill only go to the flat at 2pm. I had to go away and return at 2pm for the keys. She rudely refused to check with housekeeping . As an international traveler I found this very disturbing.

1. *The disgusting smell* in the shower, described as the most unpleasant odour experienced. 2. *The drain smell* that permeated the entire unit, making it smell like garbage and drainage. 3. *The overall horrible experience* since the inception of the stay, deemed the worst among all places booked in Cape Town. 4. *Inadequate business operation* of a large company, perceived as operating in a senseless or abnormal manner. 5. *Filthy conditions* upon arrival – no linen or towels provided. 6. *Poor communication* requiring excessive back‑and‑forth to obtain basic hospitality rental information. 7. *Presence of fleas or lice* found in the bed. 8. *Overall horrible service* in the accommodation, leading to a request for a credit or refund where no one will respond to you moving forward. 9. *Weed smell* Guests smokes weed in the building where you can smell it everywhere. 10. The pictures that was posted is on arrival at 4:30pm and weve messaged prior well be arriving just after 3pm where we were told linen is still not available.
