Had no breakfast. Location was perfect.

Phoned the number given for 2 days to re-confirm booking, with no success. Only manage to reach somebody after I arrived in Cape Town on day of check in. Assistance to where collect keys was very bad. Absolutely no assistance to go to property. Luckily I stayed at 9Palms before and new the property. If it was a first time stay, I would still be trying to find the property. Duvet to small for bed. Duvet cover way to small for the duvet. Was hidden by tucking it in under mattress. Towels way passed expiry date. 3 holes in it. No cleaning under bed was done. No toilet paper. I drove to Shell garage down the road to buy my own.

Location was perfect. Friendly staff

Room not ready when we arrived. After our long drive we would have liked to rest but the Beds were not ready because Linen was late.
