Zimbali Coastal Resort - Luxurious Apartments

The room looked exactly like the photos. Clean.

Almost everything, the room had a weird smell when we entered, they said it's self catering but there's no stove to cater for yourself, that's funny. The apartment is located in The Capital hotel but you have no assistance from the hotel staff, no access to the hotel amenities, EVEN THE BEACH! There's no form of communication as there's no phone, no room service, NOTHING. We were told to buy microwave meals because that's what they had, a microwave. The price is good, but for the close to nothing we got, it's not a good value for money. Yall need to change this really!

I booked a room 2010 via booking. Com it happened that the room belongs to the owner not Zimbali resort Cleaning as not done, they didn't clean my room for 4 days, no change of towels, there was no telephone to call the receptionist My stay was horrific. Tried to communicate with the owner since I got her contact she couldn't help

My stay was horrific. I expected the room to be cleaned since I booked for each day nd none of that was done I would advise people to not book room 2010

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Exactly like the pictures.

The room it is very luxurious and the smell was pleasant, security, furniture it is a model C , everything was so perfect, how can i forget the private pool, we really had fun

The only disappointment we had was, we did not able to watch soccer because there was no DSTV maybe the apartment owner need to activate a DSTV

Comfortable bed, nice room, the pool is amazing , the place really lovely.

The process of acquiring access codes was inefficient unbearable, and caused inconvenience, needs attention. I would prefer to receive at 4 codes for each of the days indicated on the booking.

The interior & apartment itself is breathtakingly beautiful

The service did not live up to my expectations, property inside a hotel when u don’t have hotel benefits, no cleaning whatsoever, acclaimed self catering when there is not a stove to cook, kitchen too small. They are not around to assist with anything. They don’t even make up the bed or change your towels, the service is terrible

I didn't have a chance to have breakfast internally and therefore can't comment.

1. I took an hour for us to find the rooms as we were first told that we don't appear on the system and sent to another apartment which was also not the correct apartment, we were eventually told who to meet at the reception. 2. No phone in the rooms is a measure problem as each time i needed something i had to walk to reception which was a challenge to me since I am semi disabled. 3. use of paper to right the access code each time i needed to drive out, can't you have a tag system prepared for your guest?
