Paying R600 for clean towels? About R2000 per day for cleaning of room , changing linen and clean towels. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! If the guest is staying for 2 days , have 4 towels for them at least ! Instead of paying R600 for clean towels; we bought our own ! It was better that way . This was a TOTAL TURN OFF about the property . I hope that they change this or else - They will loose a lot of future guests .

"Access Codes , Unit turn-down service , A/C"

The location was so incredible 😲 The unit itself was so satisfying ... definitely coming back

Not really something I don't like just a few areas of improvement, please make the washing machine available , The A/C is meant for cooling ONLY on this weather especially winter i don't think that's a good move. The access codes ohh Lord the access codes are such a nightmare, everyday you have to get a new code for your entry and exit and it takes time to receive those from Propr. That R830 cleanup fee is a disaster , atleast give us towels once a day some of us can clean rooms. Again please do something about access codes it's really frustrating and time consuming especially if you're in a hurry.
