The prop customer service was bad. The place was very dirty, full of hair, stench and no hot water.

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of information regarding the address of the property. We got lost in the estate not knowing where we supposed to go. No direct contact details and the call center at booking.com does not answer their phones. I was so frustrated

The concierge was very kind, we arrived an hour late from the time stipulated however she was patient with us until we arrived to handover the key.

We managed to go into the estate but got lost and had trouble locating our room. Would have been nice to have someone escort us to the room to avoid the confusion. We also did not get any cleaning services during our stay.

The views were probably the only favorable thing.

The floor was wet throughout our stay probably because of a leakage. The airconditioning wasn’t working. Limited access to certain facilities ie the shuttle, the valley or the pools and the private beach. And they made us leave the hotel to go collect the keys at our own cost
