Great gateway with my husband. Facility was excellent. We enjoyed our stay

The apartment could have been cleaner as there was other peoples hair stuck on the furniture which wasn't great.

I had a problem with lights tripping in my unit for the entire duration of my stay. I travelled for a wedding and had to leave to my family’s home to get dressed as I could not use a hairdryer due to there being no electricity- the managing agents were not helpful and would ignore my messages for assistance for about 6 hours at a time. Eventually someone came out and said he would move my son and I to a different location as there is an electrical fault with the unit - we packed our bags and waited for a call that never came. I am upset and disappointed that this was what my 9 year old son had to experience, we could not even use the tv. I have stayed at Zimbali before and have had an amazing time - I will never book a private unit again as this brings the Zimbali name down completely. To date I have not even received a apology for my experience

This is NOT what we had in mind, yes its in a hotel what they dont tell you is that you have no access to anything at the hotel Even the smiles on the hotel staff changes when they find out you in this PRIVATE apartment It doesnt get cleaned, you cant access the beach and when i mention the plug of the bath doesnt close properly then all of the sudden im referred to another nr im suppose to call Wanted more toiletpaper was refused by hotel! This morning wanted to leave key at reception waz told they not allowed to keep the key, direct me on what to do etc Oh and also no luggage service as we NOT part of the holtel for the 800 hundred times Fireroom was complete disaster mouldy unattentive horrible Whole hotel especially on your way to room 2009 smells mouldy No thank you!! Your advertisement is MISLEADING!! There is so much more to mention i could go on for days!

Access to various amenities

Finishings looked a bit dated, toilet seat needs to be replaced. Bedding should be an appropriate size for the bed and not too small.
