Still waiting for my glasses that I left by mistake

I found my key just as I alighted from the car and the gentleman helped us with our luggage to the room🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

We should have been told about the process of the key collection beforehand. We went to the front desk only to be told that they don’t assist guests with private rooms. Had to call the property management and wait for the concierge to bring the key, she couldn’t access the property so we had to drive outside to collect the key. If we knew prior, we would have waited outside for her before the back and forth.

The place was nice and clean and the view was amazing
