Unique Club at Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort

Fantastic stay once again. This hotel is outstanding in every way. Staff are superb especially Eduardo on the front desk, could not have been more helpful and nothing was a trouble to him. The hotel is spotless throughout, food excellent rooms are beautiful and the gardens/ pools are fabulous We will definitely be back

Todo, sus piscinas, sus maravillosos y cuidados jardines, los baños de las piscinas siempre impecables, todo impecable en general, su amplio comedor, nunca ves aglomeraciones en él, su localización al lado de la playa... había estado hace unos 10 años y ya me había sorprendido gratamente.

El único "pero" es que hay un poco de lío a la hora de servirte las bebidas por la noche, asignan unos números a las mesas de forma aleatoria y los camareros se vuelven un poco locos a la hora de localizarlas...por otro lado todo el personal atentísimo y agradable en todo momento.

Stayed at this hotel eight years ago and we were very impressed, the only things that let it down then were the main restaurant and the freezing cold pools, l’m happy to say, since then, the restaurant has had a fabulous renovation and the pools are heated. The Lopesan should pride itself on having excellent staff, they’ve all made our stay so special, thank you.

Hotel with beatiful garden and wonderful pools. Since our last stay in December 2024 I have noticed positive changes in the restaurant, where the infamous buffet counters were reorganised. Now, during breakfast and dinner the cold items (like breads, sausages, cheeses, vegatables etc) are offered in separate area. Therefore, the area with hot stuff is less crowded. But still during peak times the long lines, although not so long like before, are still forming. Another welcome change is less loud entertainment in the hotel, which lasts max to 10 or 10:30 p.m., and outside, where the Cafe del Mar is much more quiet. While the reception staff is very unwelcoming, which is huge disadvantage in the hospitality business, I must praise the cleaning team, which is doing very hard job in excellent manner and is always smiling. I think that hotel management should provide some hospitality training to its reception team. Last but not least, we were in view master suite and we were 3 adults. On our arrival we found 1 bottle of water in the room. In the next 4 or 5 days, the water was replenished. Always 1 bottle, which is clearly not enough for 3 adults. But on the following 7 days there was not replenishment of water. Therefore, I really would like to know what are rules for water distrubution as regards quantity and frequency.

Incredible hotel with luxury atmosphere on the seaside of costa Meloneras, 10 min walk far from the amazing Maspalomas' dunas. perfect staring point for renting a car in front of the hotel and visit the other areas of the island. Personnel is gentle and available for your needs. The premise is vey clean and our room was tidy, with a nice view on a pool and fortunaely in a quite area. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the buffet. Quality was quite good and the variety amazing. Every evening there was a different program of entertinement in the main hall, but it always finished not to late to avoid bothering the guests with rooms facing that area of the hotel due to the music noise. Only e reception of a wedding kept a music a bit too loud till midnight one evening. The pools are amazing, very clean, with a beutiful view and easy access. In general it is a very fancy hotel with a good ratio betweein cost and services. I would reccommend also for families.

A really excellent stay at the Costa Meloneras hotel where the bar is set very high! We asked about a paid room upgrade to our package holiday room and the reception staff were very helpful in assisting us in getting the best room for our stay. We also took the Unique access benefits which worked well. The Spa experience was also excellent! This is a great hotel and we would like to return (soon)!
