"Ein großes Hotel für EINEN Urlaub, mehr nicht."

Insgesamt war die Auswahl des Essens sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig.

Von 7 Abenden hat man uns 3 Mal den Wein falsch gebracht. Auch war der Service ziemlich unkoordiniert und man hatte den Eindruck das Personal im Restaurant war nicht richtig angelernt. Ferner hatten wir einen Schaden an unserer Kleidung, da die Eingangstür gestrichen wurde OHNE Warnhinweis. Bisher gab es da keine Rückmeldung!

"It is a beautiful resort and absolutely love the adults only option."

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were excellent at helping with questions or our needs. The breakfast had many choices which made the morning an lovely food adventure.

There was no late night bar and limited restaurant choices on the property. If you do not chose to have all inclusive, then for dinner you only had 3 options and the dinner buffet was not so great. You had to have the buffet and could not just chose from the ala carte menu which would have been better.

We had an amazing upgrade to one of the top suites. Very impressive. Royal level service was good. Liked the Royal Level Pool area

It’s huge and felt a little soul less. The weather wasn’t great and the hotel was far from full but it didn’t have a lot of character.

Starfsfólk liðugt og gefandi. Barir og matur mjög gott.

Ef ekki út af herbergi fyrir kl 10. var ekki þrigið fyrr en kl. 4 og stundum 6 pm Kvörtuðum án árangurs. Starfsmaður í móttöku virtist ekki skilja ensku. Enginn rekjanleiki um kvartanir okkar. Fengum tékk out kl. 3 í stað 12. Samt var lokað á okkur Kl.12. Enginn axlaði ábyrgð og voð rukkið um 35 evrur.???
