The space, breakfast buffet (we were only B&B), the separate check in, size of the room and friendly staff

It would be great if there was a proper separate bar in the lobby area and not just a seating area. Also previously guests were provided with a tote bag although the cava and New Years chocolates were lovely so many people were talking about how it would have been nice to have a tote bag too. We love the different entertainment in the lobby but it is exceptionally loud.

Swim up pool room was lovely but very few hours in the sun due to its location. Staff in Magical on breakfast duty were brilliant.

We requested a change of room to get more hours of sun but the reception staff were unhelpful and rude.
