New room, fresh (renovated) with huge bed and great view. Nice location next to the sea side. Self serve breakfast was nice and with good selection of food.

It seems hotel is mismanaged which is a shame for the facilities provided. Had low quality experience with staff, for example misleading information from different people on what is included in service; food (especially main course in restaurant) was not tasty; room cleaning has multiple issues: one day cups and water was not replaced (personal mentioned it's paid service), another day room was not cleaned up to after 4pm on a rainy day (when during afternoon we wanted to stay in a room).

amazing location!!! best in Playa Blanca. The view from the Royal Level pool area is beautiful. Friendly staff. Large rooms with lovely views.

Sadly the food let this hotel down massively 🙁 We had stayed here before and loved eating in the restaurant but sadly the food was below average this time with very little choice. We ate out most nights, which in turn made it more expensive than we wanted.

Super hôtel dans le sud de lanzarote surtout la partie réservée aux adultes. Superbe piscine chauffée. Le restaurant est aussi très bien surtout le buffet qui change tous les soirs. Après la carte des vins à revoir.
