The Staff were super helpful, even though we had language difficulties

Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the premises. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a broken seat and the light above the sink was not working. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The shelves in the wardrobe were dusty, the bedspreads were old and stained. Room was hot with no air con or fan. We had to cover the light for the fire escape as it was like sleeping under a street light.
