The hotel is amazing. Great views from the outdoor bar area. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast!

La piscina necesita una mejora o por lo menos que alguien este atento del personal. Tuvimos unos contratiempos pero lo solucionaron rápido. Es un hotel de origen japonés pero podrían poner una carta aparta para gente que se aloja mas días o con niños.

We’re a family of four from the USA, and our stay at Nobu Hotel San Sebastián was perfect in every way. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and spotless, the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding .. warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended :-)

This a very good hotel, for sure one of the best in San Sebastián, and possibly the most luxurious one. Placed strategically between the two main beach in San Sebastián, and not far from the old town. A luxurious hotel, with a very very good breakfast, and absolute nice service and people.

Странный запах в отеле. Завтраки по меню, при этом официанты не успевают принести все одновременно (пока ждешь хлеб, основное блюдо остынет). И хлеб мне подали на тарелке в пакете, котором запекали … Думаю, буфет был бы прекрасным решением

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: the entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they care about making every customer feel welcome and comfortable. It's nice to find places where you not only enjoy great food, but also feel at home. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
