Great Service and Team! Beside having an amazing room and enjoying the location and the view, I have been welcomed as a king! Everyone's kindness added the extra value that defines Mondrian's hospitality expertise.

We're fortunate to stay in beautiful hotels around the world and this one certainly didn't t disappoint. The moment you on walk through the door you're met with lovely staff, modern calm contemporary decor and the most incredible bar/terrace over looking the sea. Co up don't recommend this place enough whether it be for families or couples. Outside there's a boat (15 euro) takes you straight to ibiza old town which was great even serves drinks on board as well as Formentera and other locations around the island which was handy! Direct beach access and lots of bars and restaurants. All just a win win! Look forward to coming back soon!

The lack of exclusivity with the pool situation really lets this hotel down. Anyone from theneighbouring hotel (Hyde) can use it and it also offers day passes. It was packed the entire time and despite us staying in the hotel we weren’t able to get a sunbed. The lift system is also poor as it’s so slow. The rooms are lovely and clean and the interiors are great. Some of the staff go above and beyond and some are less helpful. Breakfast was good, and the cocktails are great. But overall - due to the pool I wouldn’t stay here again.

Questo hotel mi ha offerto un bellissimo soggiorno la struttura è estremamente comoda come posizione pulita il personale è attento cordiale ed esperto le camere venivano pulite perfettamente appena uscivamo gli asciugamani abbondanti nel pomeriggio ripassa il servizio a lasciartene quanti ne vuoi insieme all’acqua offerta. Asciugamani di ottima qualità spessi. Asciugamani per spiaggia e piscina anche essi molto belli. L’hotel dispone di una bellissima terrazza dove si può fare aperitivo con una vista super! A mio avviso l’hotel ha un solo neo: la colazione non è varia. C’è poca scelta di marmellate e yogurt ( che è quello che mangio io al mattino) e non ci sono biscotti. E’ l’unica cosa su cui possono migliorare.

Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuta completamente ma sinceramente si può migliorare la colazione.

The lobby area was very nice and stylish. The guest services and reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our room smelt of damp/mould, the sun loungers were dirty/mouldy, the toilets for the pool were filthy. The pool staff were rude and unhelpful- on our last day they told us they had run out of towels and that if we wanted towels we would need to go and get them ourselves from our room.

We go to Ibiza most summers but this is the first time staying at this hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return. From the warm welcome from James at the desk, to the spacious room we were instantly impressed. The views are beautiful, right on the beach, with ferry access. Also a selection of restaurants within walking distance, we loved Amante which wasn’t far from the hotel. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent. We also dined at Niko, the food was amazing here. Pool areas are very busy but never struggled to get a lounger, and all the staff we encountered were super helpful.
