If you want somewhere clean and quiet with attentive service, stay somewhere else. I stayed for 3 days in August. The property and surrounding area is beautiful. The lobby and room are lovely. It is not worth the price though, stay somewhere else. The service is not great. The rooms and hotel are not maintained to a high standard. The pool area is messy, loud and a completely different vibe to how it appears online. There is a lack of attention to detail by the staff which you expect from somewhere advertising itself as a 5 star hotel. The house keepers are almost incompetent. You have to call multiple times for something as simple as a face towel. They do not clean the room thoroughly (if they bother to at all), and are quite loud. The reception team can be rude and unhelpful, and at times abrasive. I had to change my room 3 times as I could hear everything from the corridor, and was met with an unhelpful and grumpy staff member. This hotel has a lot of potential, but it does not at all meet it at this moment in time as a result of the staff.

This was our second consecutive summer vacation at the Hyde Ibiza. Ruth Martin really took care of us and treated us like we were family. The room was clean. We opted to have our breakfast at the Mondrian, which offered a quality and varied selection of Spanish and Continental cuisine. Ana, our server, was so on it that we thought she was clairvoyant. A shout out and thank you to Nico for all the cookies. Moving to the Pool, the DJ sets were consistently good and some days spectacular and transcendent. The Pool staff was excellent and super nice. Miguel and Natalia went above and beyond whenever we needed something, from towels to tortillas. Charlotte, Ana, and Timy were great as well. A special thank you to Alex, Front Desk Manager, for helping us during our stay last year and for remembering us this year. It speaks volumes that a hotel can retain their talent staff from year to year. And finally, we’d like to mention Pedro, the Ibicenco valet, who helped us load our luggage when we were leaving.

De kamer was super mooi! De chocolade als welkom was top!!

Zwembadrand vuil. Bedjes aan zwembad heel comfortabel maar te weinig bedjes voor zoveel mensen. Parkeren was €25. Dat zou bij de prijs inbegrepen moeten zijn in 5-sterren.

Hello i was at suite 502 = this hotel is not a 5 but a 4 stars Nothing is 5 stars : the suite is large with a good see view but the furniture is all plastic. the show tubing is low cost plastic everything is plastic made with very cheap quality. no tea in the room, the scale in the bathroom was not working. A five star needs quality details ! real wood ! the swimming pool is not top too ! last detail = there is a good restaurant in this hotel = niko we wanted to have diner in room with niko = it was impossible so we went to order and the guy of the restaurant told us = ok come back in 15 mm to pick up your food ! (there were 6 customers in the restaurant = almost empty ! ) : Hey Man i never saw that in a 5 stars ! 2 months ago i went to Don pepe a real 5 stars in marbella = there is a huge difference ! sorry mondrian = it was my first but last time at your hotel !

First time visiting this hotel, having been to Ibiza many times. The hotel has everything; facilities, location, service, and quality. Arriving to a stunning reception with welcome drink and then seeing such a well designed beautiful room, was a great start. The breakfast was a la carte in addition to buffet, with the selection being of high quality. There is even a coffee shop open during the day which is a lovely touch. As a frequent visitor to the island, I will return to Mondrian. The service was of better quality compared to other hotels of a similar standard. Just to top it off, the hotel overlooks and has direct access to a beautiful beach. Enjoy!

Lovely hotel in Cala Llonga so great beach and 4 pools to swim in. Excellent breakfast (with lovely staff). It is much quieter at breakfast than at the sister hotel Hyde next door. Great choice of restaurants nearby (we loved Nami) and shops to get milk and water etc. Lovely well appointed rooms and bathrooms with balconies. We would definitely go back.

The pool area could be cleaner, we noticed there was rubbish down the back of some of the sunloungers. Also there is not enough sunloungers around the Mondrian pool. The hotel's Japanese restaurant advertises a children's menu on the website that doesn't exist which was very annoying as we had to take the younger children out for pizza after dinner as they did not like the sushi.
