Excellent accomodations. 3bed/2bath. 2 kitchens. Really comfortable and right on the water. Close to restaurants and shopping short walks nearby

Spacious unit with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. Adequately equipped kitchen. Great location walking distance from park and coffee shops. Close to V&A waterfront. Safe and secure with secure parking. Loved the use of the washing machine and built in dryer. We were able to watch DSTV and Netflix (smart tv worked in lounge) Propr team was very responsive when I reached out.

Only the Main bedroom had a working aircon. Main bedroom door doesn’t close and the door is wonky. 2 Dining room chairs are wonky and a third one had sigarette burns. Carpet in 2nd bedroom had sigarette burns. Bathroom cabinets need an upgrade. Fridge needs to replaced as there was only one shelf and could hardly store food in it. We got stuck in the elevators on 2 occasions. Security had to assist us. Parking is very tight and tricky to park a large vehicle.

Neighbour was smoking weed all the time and the one room constantly smelled of smoke. Otherwise all good.

Damaged furniture. Most uncomfortable bed. Poor wifi coverage. Loud construction noise from 09h00 to 18h00 of which we were not informed. I would not have taken the apartment if I was told about this noise.
