It was beautifully decorated, in a security estate, we felt safe.

We had not hired a car and were using Ubers and needed an entry code every-time we needed to go anywhere. It would take a VERY LONG TIME to receive the code.

"Beautiful and peaceful stay"

The space is beautiful and comfortable. The peaceful setting of the complex was exactly what we needed. I also appreciated their flexibility in accommodating my request for a later check-out.

The unit could have used a more thorough cleaning before our check-in. While the agents we interacted with were friendly, I felt overwhelmed by the volume and repetition of the rules. The guidelines were sent to me multiple times before arrival, and when we met with the concierge, she reiterated them in a way that felt unnecessarily patronizing. I fully respect that the property has its own policies, but hearing the same set of rules from three or four different people—as if we couldn’t be trusted to follow them—was not a pleasant experience. As a paying guest, I would’ve appreciated a more respectful and streamlined approach.

"The place is gorgeous. But the company that manages the property is very bad."

The estate is gorgeous. The house was beautiful and clean.

The lady made us wait at the gate fo 30 minutes when she got there she told me that she has several other clients to carter for that is why she's late. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She then gave me a once off code to enter the property and did not give me a code that will be valid for my stay. We went out by the time we came back our code was not working. We then had to wait again at the gate.

Beautiful property!! We felt at home. The host has everything we needed in terms of the utensils! We has extra plates (not limited to number of guests) which was amazing! The house is just amazing and looking forward to booking again. Luxurious stay!!

YouTube kept on giving us problems and we never assisted. On our last day we didn’t have have electricity which was a bummer! It looks like it was a power trip (not loadshedding) We were also never assisted! Thank goodness it was the last night (imagine if we still had more days!) These 2 instances made us feel like helpless (alone).

"Reception must make sure the tv is connected to the WiFi before guest check inn and allow guest"

Clean and the furniture was spectacular

Poor service from workers, ignored calls. Television was fixed following day after 13:00 that was very disappointing
