The outside environment only where we got seated and chilled

The bed was not comfortable at all There were insects all over the room and in bed too and they bit us. No water provided No airfreshner in the bathroom and we had requested for it but they never gave us.

Firstly upon arrival the staff was brilliant There was a gentleman that helped us settle in really quickly and he is there 24/7 The bathroom and room were stunning and very spacious as well as modern The next day some other ladies were there preparing breakfast and the cleaners to clean the room while we were out When we returned we proceeded to relax in the lapa and chilling area

The beds were absolutely absolutely terrible I had backache for a week after my stay It was genuinely the hardest bed ive ever slept in Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable
