By entering the gate . Have to wait for some time before anyone can open ,otherwise everything was fine.

The receptionist was very welcoming and she is approachable, able to assist with everything..

Ceiling had water stains , cockroaches in the passage , noise from other guests was a bit excessive.

The location, the stuff was good, the cleanliness. It's a nice and beautiful place to chill but not to relax especially when you need a me time quiet.

The noise was very loud cause by guests late hours and early morning, accommodation was showing breakfast even though were saying you pay at the property but was for self service.

Delayed communication (whatsapp not delivered for a few hours and no answer when calling to confirm booking); waiting to be given access to the property (no one answering the bell); paint peeling on outside of building; bad appearance of window at front of house with stuff stacked inside against the curtains; waiting for about 15 minutes to get a room (no 1 - we were the only guests staying for the night), due to 'some amenities' missing from room (turned out there was no milk in the entire house); toilet paper holder broken off and missing; pillow cases and towel not 100% clean; moved to a different room (no 4); room opening onto a covered area with a Jacuzzi, maybe just not my style; towel frayed, (cheap) soap holder in shower broken off and placed by the side; no other type of shelving in the shower, or by the basin; shower has really cheap 'plasticy' side and wobbly doors and shower head placed at a dizzy hight; no proper bed lamps (lights on both sides of bed hanging from ceiling, connected to one switch - by the door); wall paper behind door is peeling off; only one sachet of coffee and 1 Ceylon-tipe tea bag. I think thats more or less it (we did not make use of any of the other living spaces in the house).

Their shower walls are made from plastic which is not stable it was coming out of the wall hinges.

The staff was nice and the facilities are okay

The bed was really hard It was a party from morning till night for the whole weekend, the host didn't hold other guests accountable for playing music even past 22:00 as stated in their rules

The space, the friendly staff, clean room

The noise from other guests by dawn, it was hard to sleep after that.
