"Exceptional"

The aura, the warm welcoming vibe from the staff members. Naledi is a very good host. She kept checking in to make sure that we were fine even when we were just sitting at the pool. Will definitely book in at the Loft again when I am in Bloemfontein

"Below expectation."

The location is good

Poor maintenance of the rooms, things are falling apart. The aircorns doesnt work. The gyeser doesnt work. There are no chairs in the rooms. There are no desks for working on. The neighbourhood has noisy barking dogs. The intercom is not working. Breakfast is not saved.

"The entire stay was uncomfortable and loud as guests were partying all through the night. I wouldn’t recommend this plac"

"Overall the hosts were great with hospitality and communication"

There was an pool / braai area where the hosts allowed my friend and I to have a little get together and the host assisted with everything we need for the braai. Really great services
