Laceby Manor - Spa & Golf Resort

It's not particularly intuitive to check in when you arrive. You park in the car park and there are directions to the Lodge Reception but it's not clear that you actually have to check in in the Spa, and the Lodge closes early. The signs to the restaurant aren't particularly clear either. It's a great hotel and was a lovely place to stay, but I think they could improve this aspect of it

Everything from start to finish! Was an incredible little find! Especially the spa and ground…everything was stunning! The oak room food was fabulous!!!

Where do I start! We booked a bed & breakfast rate and when we arrived we found out that we couldn’t use any of the pool facilities or sauna as it is £65 each!! I said that we didn’t want treatments just use of the facilities as stated in the listing. The staff were quite rude and basically said it was tough. We have been to many spa hotels and have never been asked to pay to use facilities only if we had treatments but it appears at this resort it is all about the mark up. The dinner and service in the oak restaurant was excellent. Beds are comfortable. Also be aware that breakfast is also NOT included in B&B rate if you want a cooked breakfast and was charged £15 for a cooked breakfast. So please book with caution

Stunning place and fantastic staff. Very friendly and couldn’t do night for you. Very warm welcome from Patricia when we arrived.

People in the spa were very nice, and the room was comfortable. We were lucky with the weather so the view out of the window was lovely in the morning.
