beautiful rooms with exceptional facilities

the continental breakfast was very sparse so we opted to buy the Full English so would have been nice if Full English was included. The leaf blower staff started too early and the cleaning staff tried entering the room an hour before check out time

Room was very modern and clean. Great view of the golf course from the balcony. Spacious room and bathroom.

Not enough pressure in the rain shower compared to the spa showers. Bathroom handle loose and fell off. Menu states room service is available, but it actually isn’t. Pre ordered a bottle of wine on arrival in my room, but wasn’t there when I arrived.

Felt the £65 per person for 3.5 hours for the spa wasn’t the best value. Otherwise we were very happy with everything. Every staff member we met was amazing. You have a really excellent team.
