Hard to find. Quilt cover was ripped bed uncomfortable. Lots of noise

Wi fi didn’t work, breakfast very limited, pillows awful, stayed there is on site parking this is literally on side of road if any space available.

My stay was an absolute nightmare. The bed was beyond awful—cheap Amazon frames that creaked loudly with every tiny movement and a mattress so thin and worn that I could feel every single spring stabbing into my back. It felt like sleeping on a pile of scrap metal. The so-called “free buffet breakfast” was a complete insult: a sad bowl with a few slices of bread, a few pale, shrivelled sausages that looked barely cooked, and a bowl of baked beans that were lukewarm at best. Just the bare minimum of effort. And let’s not forget the “juice,” which was just watery squash that tasted like disappointment. They provided exactly two teabags no matter how long you stayed, and the teacups were practically shot glasses, forcing me to buy my own mug just to have a decent cup of tea. There was no Wi-Fi, despite it being advertised, and every attempt to contact the hotel was completely ignored. No matter how many times I reached out through Hotels.com or direct messages, I got nothing but silence. Same goes for “washing facilities” none to be seen. The walls were so thin you could hear everything—other guests stomping around, slamming doors, talking loudly at all hours with no regard for anyone else. This wasn’t a hotel, it was a glorified, poorly managed HMO with a price tag that made the experience even more insulting. Every corner was cut, every detail neglected. It was an absolute waste of money. Avoid this place like the plague.

Room was clean and toilet/shower facilities were clean

Not very secure key opened front door and my room door which made me wonder is it one master key for every room in the property. TV remote has no batteries in it and when I tried to contact the owner I had no response. The breakfast was disgusting looked like it had been left out for a couple of days just under the heater. The drinks had some floating black bits in them which looked like the jugs hadn’t been cleaned out in some time. Won’t be using this place to stay at again very poor overall. Only plus point is it was a clean room.

Asks for a extra pillow 3x but never got one

Nobody at the hotel when I arrived. had to wait for someone to let me in. No personal reaction with anyone at the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Checked in late past mid night. No tea facilities in bedroom. No reply to my text messages. Asked if we could checkout 30-60 mins later than 10am checkout time but flatley refused. No flexibility in checkout time. Booked double bedroom for 2 but got 3/4 bed with flimsy mattress, Uncomfortable!
