The Mini Hotel -Birmingham City-FREE BREAKFAST

The breakfast was fair. The location was fair.

The mattress and the pillows need updated. The central heating was not working and no alternative heater in the room. WiFi was not available. Could not contact anyone until breakfast.

The place appears online as a mini Hotel. But it is not; it is a small house with many rooms, just like an Airbnb. The room was small, the heating system was not working, the tv remote was not working as well . The bed and pillow were awful. The digital locker was a nightmare to open. They did not have any video explanation on how to access the property. It was a really bad experience.

Very small room . The door handle came offf. The heating wasnt on in room.

The bed is very bad and basic . It was meant to be a double bed but it felt more like a single bed . The room is so tiny and the internet didn’t work.

Very poor heater didn’t work it’s not easy to get into bed the bed is slotted into space so u only can get in from front heater didn’t work no1 to meet u breakfast is poor and cold if u not down my 8 wouldn’t go there again won’t offered no money off for the heating not working lots of rubbish outside house on busy main road in selly oak

The room was perfect for me and mother. Clean and tidy and everything that you would see in any expensive hotel or b and b.

No coffee or suger in room

Amazing value for money, clean, and extremely comfortable by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

Never got to see inside the property and the outside looked like it had been abandoned.

I didn’t stay at this hotel as when I arrived no one was there to show us in and we couldn’t get the key out of the drop box. I tried to call the establishment many times with no answer. They wouldn’t refund the money. We were there for nearly two hours to check in. Ended up using another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel in any shape for form
