The Mini Hotel -Birmingham City-FREE BREAKFAST

Have to contact to get access, no WiFi which also meant to would not connect. Terrible dbl bed against the wall so 1 person needs to climb over all the time. Flashing light like a strobe outside room door all night. Espresso size cups with 1 stale T bag in each. No coffee. Tiny room so small only room for 1 person to dress etc never replied to messages about wifi It was clean Breakfast was beans sausage scrambled eggs. Coco pops or cornflakes.

Access to the property was a nightmare...

I think I got scammed because it is not a hotel and I was not able to access the location. This is not a hotel and customers can not locate it, I requested for a refund and payment have not been given to me till date and the customer care blocked me on Whatsapp. I think bookings need to do a proper research before accepting any company posting on their website.

I couldn't get in to stay there's it no easy get into the hotel

The bed is very poor because the mattress is too old, need update. The bed lien is damaged and it have holes so need new bed lien and wash regularly. They gave me wrong key code by email from Hotels.com. The door code is not good as it is complicate as you gave me the wrong code for the door. If I am alone, it will be difficult to access the code. I had been sent message and no reply at all. The breakfast is not very nice. I smelt lot of smoking in the my bedroom No.2 which was not good as it affect my health and not enough sleep through my weekend. Staffs are not friendly and unwelcome. Why do you hide from the curtains and privacy. The lights were flickering on the stairs. I am very disappointed. I won’t return to the hotel next time. Please update ALL the rooms. I will report to the hotel inspector to check your hotel.

Nice cosy room, felt safe .Can be a bit noisy with other guests in other rooms.Also the bathroom noises from the other rooms.Otherwiswe great value for money .

Didn't like anything about it.

For one it's not a hotel like advertised it's a b&b at the best. You walk in to a big hole at the back of the door, beds very uncomfortable pillows lumpy and horrible draws all stained inside reminace of water leaks in room the place felt very grubby. You can hear everything the next room is doing. Just awful if I could have got my money back and gone elsewhere I would have.
