The Mini Hotel -Birmingham City-FREE BREAKFAST

The property was ok. Ok for a single nights stay.

The breakfast was quite dry and there wasnt much on display. I also wasn’t impressed that check out was 10am which isnt usual and I wasnt aware. If I had known I would not have booked this property. The owners came and knocked me door and I expressed that I wasnt are and asked to quickly shower to which they extended 10 mins. Unfortunately I felt a bit rushed out and this definitely effected my experience overall

Second time here had a good sleep, breakfast was okay but could do with changing the sausages there not the best.

It was noisy, towels were dirty , breakfast was not appealing , the sleeping mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat ,

The security, room too small, the bed is shit

It is what it is. A hotel near the train station. The rooms are clean and check in was very efficient. And I was able to leave my 78 year old mum, to pootle across the road and get her train the next day.

I felt unsafe, I rang the number and left a message. The mini cups I could hear next door. Tv remote hidden under my bed. Code on the key box, I had not even accessed it to put my key back yet. Hard to find. No staff.

The entry in front door. Was with code to open the door .i take me time to follow the process and open the front door
