It seemed to be clean

It was really difficult to get in which I wasn’t aware of if I had known how difficult it was before you had got my nonrefundable payment I would never have booked. Of course I have had previous experience of trying to get legitimate repayment back from you it’s impossible. Do you ever do inspections of these place. I gave up at trying to get any sleep at 6 o’clock this morning and came home I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor.

"Very good overall. And close to Birmingham University. I'll very likely be back."

The rooms were affordable and clean, the shower was good and the instructions for accessing the property were clear and easy to follow. The breakfast was good. The only quibble is that there's a garden at the back of the property but it is not accessible. It would have been nice to sit in the garden with a bottle of wine.
