Tiny tea cups! Bed could use a mattress topper.

Tried contacting multiple times regarding the state of the room I had to book with the ibis styles hotel as the room had holes in the doors no towels and was filthy, falsely advertised tried contacting multiple times regarding this and no answer on live chat/private message or via phone call. Cowboy’s at the very least. They are refusing to respond to booking.com to issue a refund I would avoid at all costs.

THE FACT THAT THIS TIME I WAS SENT ROOM CODE BY CHECK IN TIME (VERY IMPORTANT TO ME)

Received no info until the day that it was a self service property. Info only in booking.com messages and not email or phone. On arrival all shut, no signage, no on door, bins full outside. Tried to call but no answer so not only did it not look like a hotel, I couldn't get in and felt very unsafe. Couldn't access and had to book another hotel at 10pm in a city I don't know as a lone female.

Everything@!! I have contacted the hosts by voicemail and message with no response. Will be making a formal complaint. Do not touch with a barge pole!

Nothing tbf… fake pictures on the website and when I asked to speak to manager I was ignored

Everything. The pictures on here are not the same. Stuffs are rude and dismissive. I asked to to speak to the manager because what I saw on the website wasn’t the same but no one helped me out. I did asked for refund and I got ignored

I asked for an accessible room. I received no response to this request but was put in a top floor room at the end of a narrow staircase The free wifi the hotel promises didn't work There was mold in the bathroom and visible water damage in the room itself I tried contacting the hotel repeatedly by phone, text and email to give them a chance to resolve these issues. It was only after four days when I told them I would hold them liable for not providing internet that they responded. They claimed the wifi issue was "isolated" -- given how many other reviews raise this as an issue I doubt this is true -- but did provide limited wifi after that. But they outright ignored the issues of accessibility and cleanliness. Meanwhile the property itself had overflowing bins out front and mounds of rubbish and an overgrown dilapidated garden in the back. They could have at least told me "no, we're sorry, we can't do" x y z. But they chose to selectively ignore me, which is disrespectful and a shameful way for a hotel to operate. But then, despite what they call themselves it's not a hotel -- it's what looks like converted student residences, operating as a run down Airbnb.
