They nevet sent me the key codes again for the 3rd timr ,no response from phone txt or voicrmail .left again for the last time with no room for the night and no refund .book at your peril

Niets. Bij aankomst konden we niet inchecken wegens 'dubbele boeking'. Toen ik aankomstuur doorgaf, kreeg ik telefonisch te horen dat het niet mogelijk zou zijn om in te checken.

Alles! Parkeren is zogezegd mogelijk, maar dit is in de omliggende straten. Bij aankomst geen duidelijk huisnummer. Zag er verlaten uit. Blijkt dat ze een dubbele boeking had. Ik betwijfel dit ten zeerste. Ik hoop op een volledige terugbetaling.

Do NOT book this hotel. It is a SCAM! We arrived on Friday night (15.08.25) with a car load of stuff for my son's wedding on Sat 16th. You CANNOT get in and it was turned into a Housing Association property on the 1st August 2025. It is still on the Booking dot com website and is NOT a hotel. The telephone number is not answered (rang it 15+ times) and it now goes to answerphone. They have scammed us over £106 and we had to find another hotel for two nights, last minute, which cost us £282.22! Do NOT book this hotel! It is now managed by Brittany Properties on behalf of Dawson's Housing Association.

As above. It is disgraceful that this property is still listed on your website. It is a terraced house and NOT a hotel. It is a complete SCAM!
