Basic accomodation. For example kettle provided but no tea coffee or milk.

Booked to stay at the pleasant house, arrived and it was covered in scaffolding looks like work being done on the roof. Skip on the driveway so no onsite parking. Check in process was...odd. Phone calls to manager despite showing reservation. Offered a double room instead of the twin we booked...no thank you. Got moved to Cheetham hill accomodation instead where parking was next to impossible.
