Niets beviel! In verbouwing zonder van te voren te weten. Vochtig, vies, geen enkele voorziening(bijvoorbeeld spiegel, bekertjes, helemaal niets/ 1 vochtige wc-rol.) Slecht bed, 1 zeer klein ventilatie raampje. Insecten, zoals slakken en pissebedden. Dus absoluut uit jullie bestand gooien.

Zie hierboven. Dit kun je niemand aandoen. We hebben dit aangegeven, maar er werd niets mee gedaan.

The fact that it was a big room and also had a kitchen included

Could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned and stains all over mattress and headboard. States has a tv but didn’t have one and a weird smell came from the room. Also as we normally do we check every hotel for bed bugs and found one and killed it but manager would only give 50% of our money back

Having booking cancelled on arrival! Unhelpful staff - just kept repeating “ contact booking.com!”

We arrived at the hotel which looks nothing like the photos. There was a note on the door with a phone number. Rang the number. The person put the phone down on me to 'check the booking'. He rang back to tell us that our room had been cancelled because of needed maintenance. We had driven two hours and spoken to the chain associated with the hotel. We were given no call to let us know that the room had been cancelled beforehand and no care or consideration. There were two other parties who had this done too.

I was going to leave this hotel an okay star review but I received an email to say that my review was available, I did not write this review so I can only assume the hotel had something to do with it!! 'Studio' was round the back of the hotel. Door to enter the room was a basic internal door with a key code to enter, didn't feel safe, propped the chair under the handle for security. Once we arrived we didn't leave but wouldn't have felt safe leaving belongings in that room. No tea and coffee making facilities as stated on the booking.

The hotel has wrote a false review on my account some how
