Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. They cancelled the booking the night before but then i have had to chase the refund for over a month because they incorrectly labelled it as a no-show. Terrible customer service.

The location to Heaton park was very close ,and there was a great pub around the Corner called 'The Flying Pig'.

The hotel was very messy and work was still being done whilst we were staying there.
