Cottage in the heart of the Peak District

Great location and always a bonus when close to the pub . Bed in main bedroom was super comfortable.

Sofa was lumpy and not really enough sitting space for 4 ppl to sit comfortably. Bed in second bedroom also had springs ( lump ) which caused some discomfort

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Received a nice welcoming gift on arrival.

The downstairs of the property is not made for cold winters. Also disappointed after weeks of travelling that we weren't made aware the washing machine was out of order. Otherwise we would have made other arrangements prior to arriving.

Lovely cosy cottage in the beautiful Peak District that has been very well modernised. It was well equipped and extremely clean. We loved it.

Nice and clean, everything you could need, comfy beds, nice central location to get to many places

Very dark trying to find lock box, front door not working so have to use bifold door, walk through lounge to turn on lights ?? Hard to park, quite a busy road. Bit of a squeeze for 4 adults, sofa not usable as all the springs have gone

Very well maintained property and as said it is really in the heart of the Peak District. Great country feels.

there’s nothing to not like about it.

Cosy, well equipped, clean, characterful cottage. Easy access. Parking possible just up the street. Milk, bread, chocolate and wine hamper provided was a lovely touch.

Nothing really to complain about. It’s small but I rather liked that. A king bed would have been a bonus, but the double was fine and as advertised.

Beautifully maintained and decorated property. Warm in the cool weather. Cosy.

The road is busy at times but not at night.
