Bed uncomfortable. Only continental breakfast was poor cereal,toast no croissants meat or pastries. An alarm was going off all day and night told the staff only to be told someone hadn't shut their door properly. Very noisy early hours with doors banging really loud shabby paint work mould in the shower.toilet bowl dirty. towls were clean and white. Dirty windows.

Comfy beds and location was close to attractions

Huge leak of water during night from ceiling outside room door. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Can hear TV from other rooms and people playing loud music at 5am. Bathroom needs updating. Staff not concerned about issues and no one answers phone at night time when water pouring from ceiling for an hour.
