Firstly we we told that that there were no keys for our rooms,,the room numbers and codes were handwritten .We were not allowed to take screen shots of the room codes .Our rooms were not clean.The rooms were not vacuumed ,,pillows had stains and the toilets were not clean.We were then moved to rooms 200 and 202 .I asked for a refund the manager said i will have to contact booking .com.We couldnt find alternative accommodation as all the guest houses were fully booked .

The place looked filthy dirty on arrival and I thought the place was actually closed. The en suite was filthy and mould everywhere The offer of Breakfast is misleading all you get is cereal and toast, nothing cooked!

Didn't like anything about this property. We left to quickly to take any photos. Not impressed 😕

we arrived at this property paid what we owed. went to room. felt ill start away absolutely stuck. durty and TV didn't work picked up our bags and left .booked into another clean accommodation. very disappointed. I would like my money returned to my account. this supposed hotel should not be advertised on booking.com.

The location and parking

Rooms only had codes instead of keys, which, when telling me my room code, I saw every other rooms code. Meaning they had seen mine. The room was very run down and dirty, the remote especially was full of grime. Beds were filthy and very poorly made up, the sheet kept coming off as it didn't fit properly. Breakfast was very basic.

The location was good. Quiet but still central. The bed was very comfy although broken. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. It was a place to lay our head for the night and the price was fantastic. Also had free WiFi and was a smart TV in the room.

The bed was broken, the room smelt really awful when we entered, like unwashed bodies but it had big windows so we could air it out. The shower and sink drains were extremely slow draining so I could only shower for less than a minute before it was flooding over the shower tray. Breakfast was included however it neglected to mention anywhere it was just toast and cereal. Also there's a lack of plug sockets in the room and not enough pillows.

Worst place been. Dirty rooms windows don't close n cracked. Breakfast a joke. No one at reception. Had to keep phoning a number for service. Worst place been.
