Comfortable, spacious room with good facilities. The service and friendly welcome upon arrival was excellent, the receptionist was very good at her job.

Managed a very easy cheap booking via Booking.com Plenty of parking and this is something the hotel does ell as its directly onto perimeter fence of Gatwick Airport. Receptionist lady was very welcoming. I had a room at back of hotel (room 7). Room was scorching and I was thankful for air-con. Room was good size and had usual tea/coffee and biscuits. Shower room was adequate and had usual toiletries. All very clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing I would say is that I was there for business and was not flying. You are directly beside the runway and the constant noise which goes on till late and starts again at 5am. It is quite horrendous and is accompanied by the overwhelming stench of aviation fuel. So, unless you are there to go to airport, beware.

The property is a little dated but nice. Liked the fact that we were able to bring in our own dinner and eat in the dining room. A very nice touch.

Great service and friendliness by the Receptionist. Great location for flights in and out of Gatwick. Room is super small and carpet needs cleaning

A very good stay overall, friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Room was very warm and although a fan was supplied, it was huge and extremely noisy. Walls a bit thin, could hear next door snoring ! Check in was easy, as was booking car for extended days. All in all, would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

I had a good and comfortable stay at the Maple Manor Hotel during my business trip. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location for Gatwick Airport. Would stay again.
