Maple Manor Hotel

I checked in 45 mins early and was charged £30. The room itself was only £50 so go figure. Words such as rip off and uncaring customer service spring to mind. The room was ready, so why? Why annoy your customers so much? I guess there is no refund at the same rate for early check outs, so RIP OFF. Next there is the room - it was nice as was the bathroom, but very small. OK, it was a single room but no table or chair or desk, so if you want to do some work it is not ideal.

Talking from early hours. The hotel is clearly for people who are getting flights. However there is zero attempt at sound proofing and the open plan design means you can hear EVERYTHING. People talking at 4am to the receptionist was crystal clear in our room. And every other conversation that was had with the receptionist or even them on a phone. I wouldn’t stay here if you want a quiet nights sleep.

WORST HOTEL EVER! Believe the bad reviews. The hotel website makes it look as if it’s a beautiful B &B It is an overpriced motel. The only reason we stayed here is the campground is next door and we had business to take care of. The carpet and everything else is absolutely filthy. There is mold in the bathroom and the decor is cheap furniture nailed to the wall. The breakfast is terrible also. Do NOT recommend.

Can't fault the ladies at the desk, really polite and helpful however the room let it down. The hairdryer was so dusty I had to clean it before using it. There was a mini fridge in the room which was also very dusty on the top. The bathroom floor wasn't in the best condition and there was mould in the bathroom shower. Other than that bed sheets were clean, had all the facilities and offered a really nice breakfast. Free parking was excellent too.

super clean and spacious, and the shower pressure is amazing. The room was big enough, and the breakfast was nice and lovely. small place and but cozy and really liked it. It 10 min to the north terminal and can park your car for £10. I would def go there again when im around

It was extremely noisy and I beaten by bed bugs all night, remote in my room did not work I had to request for it be replaced

Great stay - we arrived really late after a delayed flight and had a comfortable night. Breakfast was very nice and reasonable at £7.50. We’d stay again if flying from Gatwick.

I arrived at 8 pm and food was not available. Not even snacks.

Its basic but clean etc. The sat nav took me to restricted area so could jave done with better instructions as to finding hotel. I endED up driving around For an hour as satnv lost signal - poor show EE. Check in fine helpful Japanese receptionist.
