Maple Manor Hotel

The name Manor is very misleading. These are rooms built as an extension at the back of the property. Very poor

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price as we thought in our original booking it said including breakfast

On arrival was met by the lovely Jade. Was very pleasant and helpful. Credit to the hotel.

-4 degrees and no heating or hot water

Clean, and convenient for airport.

Very small room, 4 hooks for clothes, no sound insulation, no ventilation, bar was a receptionist with 2 fridges of small bottled wine and beer. Bed with doubke duvet hard, as were pillows... very uncomfortable. Staff however very nice, but very pricy for minimal comfort.

Staff was friendly, helpful and tried to accommodate our needs to their best ability. Room was great for an overnight stay between flights. Only downside was no dinner service, so have to either go into Crawley by taxi or order delivery, but other than that, great!

I loved everything. We were walked to our room. There was always someone around if you had a question. It felt like a bed and breakfast without the owner interaction. There was not one thing we did not like. We travel a lot and we would highly recommend this property. We will be returning in the summer and my son is already planning his wedding here (he is not even dating yet)

Great stay, very comfortable and clean. Easy parking and check in/out was very quick and friendly.

Stayed here a couple of times when flying from Gatwick. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms we have had have always been warm, spacious and clean.
