Maple Manor Hotel

Stayed in 2 rooms whilst staying at hotel. Downstairs room was not to my liking. Upstairs room overlooking the front was lovely and got a great view of the planes taking off. Sadly i wouldnt stay again as no evening restaurant and wifi was poor so not suitable for business stay

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect and delivered in a very timely manner. Would stay again.

Very convenient to Gatwick Airport at a reasonable price. Clean rooms and a cooked breakfast on request

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for business. Although I probably wouldn’t be happy staying for hotel either as the hotel is in darkness whenever you arrive. The bar/restaurant is not operating so you will need to go out. WiFi is terrible to work. Such a shame as the hotel has such potential and could be so lovely but it lacks personality, staff are lovely but didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Such a shame.

Ground floor family room. I was staying with elderly relative. Bathroom would benefit from being a wet room. Akward step from reception to room lobby. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. I would stay again

Stayed one night on a business trip, after some of the negative comments on here thought I would leave a quick review. Stayed for one night on business trip, was pleasantly surprised to get upgrade to large room. Everything was immaculately clean and everything in its place. Breakfast in the morning. Was a bit worried as I am gluten intolerant, but was asked for order the night before and a full range of gluten free products were available the next morning which was excellent and most appreciated. Excellent position for the airport but that does mean it is noisy, but not so much I couldn't sleep. All in all would use again if at Gatwick

Warning, the walls are paper thin and you can hear whatever the other room is watching and the commentary from the other guests. Thank god they werent in the mood.

Everything about the property was great except for the bed it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been in, we had an early morning flight and I can honestly say I didn’t even get a minutes sleep, the room was boiling, even with the window open. He bed was hard and pillows were quite firm which meant I actually got up with a bad back. Location was good though it may have been this room in particular Oh we could hear everything movement of next door too

Very nice and clean

Nice room, quaint property. In remote location, could not walk anywhere as road was busy with no sidewalk. Very nice breakfast to purchase in dining room but no supper available.
