Lovely overnight stay, very clean, bed comfortable and big, lovely bath in middle of room and nice toiletries . Millie was very helpful and breakfast was good. Recommend

Breakfast was great. Staff unfailingly friendly and efficient

The Room was small, with no storage. The bathroom was just adequate. The parking spaces which we thought were reserved for residents were taken by visitors for the 6 nations event and we had to park in the road until a space became available.

The room we had was small with nowhere to hang clothes properly. We managed but would book one of the other rooms next time.

Wonderful room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast. The pub is so charming. Parking right outside. Cozy retreat in the country.

The food was exceptional and the staff were lovely. The room was well appointed and the bathroom very clean. Good breakfast too.

The noise from the road kept me awake and the shutters in the room let in light so the room stayed illuminated from streetlights. I had a bad night's sleep. The staff had left a new set of earplugs by each side of the bed so noise is an issue but I suspect only in the rooms facing the road.

Superb hotel. Everything clean, tidy and well thought out. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for my business meeting And just 5 minutes from the A1

For the money the rooms were small. Also noisy as right by the road which was busy from 5.30am They even supplied ear plugs ! If I had known that I would have booked elsewhere Also next to a church with the bells ringing till late Not a good nights sleep
