Wine fridge and washing mashine! Lots of space . Incredible building.

There was no kettle, had to boil water for tea in the saucepan.

Instruction and procedure is great for collect the property keys on arrival

Awful customer service, locked out of the apartment due to batteries not being checked/changed in door locks. Took approx 3 hrs and multiple phone calls to get it sorted.

Large property with many apartments some being used as long and other short stay.

Entrance is very student halls esque. Kitchen is not well equipped. No coffee machine or pot. Pitiful selection of tea bags, crappy granulated coffee and actual single serve salt pepper. What a joke. Cobwebs on windows. Lights wouldn’t dim. Stupid 10 button light switches in each room. Terrace needed a good clean and de-weed. Property is listed as having terrace/balcony but originally was allocated one without. Main double bed was tiny. Spare single was miniature. Floor needed a mop and hoover throughout. Crap cutlery

Wasn’t clean, and smell funny …

Good Location, Newly renovated,

Stayed for 6 nights - Water leaks/dripping from the shower. Cleaners had kept a towel and had closed the shower doors, else the entire floor will be wet. No electric kettle in kitchen. Reported this immediately and was informed they will send someone to deliver the kettle. No one delivered the kettle and no action on shower leakage.

Spacious and modern, clean, all basics were supplied. Secure apartments.

Cutlery and crockery- odd amounts of all. Was not able to have a complete setting for a family of 4. No drinking glasses, only 2 wine glasses. Only 2 teaspoons. Very odd for an apartment that sleeps 4.

The apartment is super; modern, well appointed, clean, in a great location for Kew Gardens/Richmond and was ideal for our party size of six. When booking, the company is not able to confirm which flat is allocated to you until 48 hours before arrival, but they did their utmost to accommodate us on the ground or first floor which was much appreciated (to meet the needs of my parents). There is a Sainsburys Local, Costa Coffee and Whole Foods shop close by, ideal for getting essentials.

The situation regarding car parking could be made a little clearer perhaps either on the site or in the introductory message after booking - there is no on site parking and it can be a little costly if you plump for putting the car in the Travelodge car park via a parking app; this car park is the closest to the apartment.
